Service description

Google Ads Guys provides Google Search Ads setup and management for small businesses. The one-off setup covers conversion-focused landing page, google ads campaign build, keyword research. Ongoing management covers campaign management, search term review, negative keywords, bid and budget changes, ad testing, conversion tracking checks and a plain-English update.

Fees and billing

Setup fee. A$499, payable once, before we begin building. It covers your landing page, your Google Ads campaign build and your keyword research.

Management fee. No management fee is charged until your campaign produces its first qualified lead, as defined below. From that point management is charged at A$150/week, billed as A$650 per calendar month. The amount charged to your card is $650 per calendar month. Management billing is started by us only after we have verified your first qualified lead.

Google Ads spend. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google from your own Google Ads account. It is separate from everything above, is never handled by us, and is never refunded by us. We recommend a minimum of A$40/day.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead means either of the following, and nothing else:

• A genuine enquiry from someone inside your target service area, submitted through the campaign or your landing page.
• A tracked campaign phone call lasting longer than 60 seconds.

The following do not count as qualified leads:

• Clicks, impressions or traffic.
• Spam and bot submissions.
• Duplicate enquiries from the same person.
• Enquiries from outside your target service area.

Sales and recruitment approaches, and enquiries for services you do not offer, are also not qualified leads. The no-management-fee period assumes the campaign is running with the agreed daily budget, that your tracking and landing page remain in place, and that you respond to reasonable requests for approvals or assets. It does not continue to apply if the campaign is paused, if the budget is reduced below the agreed amount, or if changes outside our control prevent the campaign running as set up.

Cancellation

Management is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. There are no cancellation fees and no notice periods. Upon cancellation we remove our manager access from your Google Ads account. The setup fee covers work already delivered and is not refundable once the build has started.

Ownership of your account and your landing page

Your Google Ads account remains yours at all times. Everything we build is built inside that account: the campaign, ad groups, keywords, negatives and conversion tracking. We are added as a manager and can be removed at any time. You retain full ownership of and access to the account and all of its data.

Your landing page is also yours to keep. We build and host it for you during your campaign, and on request we provide the page as HTML so you can host it yourself. The hosting subdomain we serve it from remains ours and does not transfer with the page.

We do not guarantee specific results from Google Ads campaigns, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular number of leads, enquiries or sales. What we commit to is the fee structure set out above: you pay the setup fee, and no management fee is charged until your campaign produces its first qualified lead. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our direct control, including your ad budget, market competition and landing page quality.
